Victory Fire Protection, LLC has multiple licensed employees in Texas and can handle just about any Fire Sprinkler Project.
Our office staff has well over 130 years of combined experience in the fire sprinkler industry and our Field Foremen have an average of 15 years experience or more, and most of the Field Staff have 10 or more years experience.
We can manage any size project large or small and enjoy getting to know what our customer likes and/or dislikes. 96% of our projects are multiple repeat customers. We believe this speaks volumes of our field staff and the integrity in which we prove to each customer daily. We believe honesty with the customer is the most important part of the relationship. Honesty doesn’t always feel good, but it gets the job done on time, and done right.

Justin Arnett
Owner - RME-I
Justin began his career as a sprinkler fitter in June of 2000. He quickly became an inspector and superintendent for the company. Justin has extensive experience in the installation and testing of fire pumps, dry systems, wet systems, antifreeze systems, and annual inspections/services as well.
Stephanie (Gregory) Arnett
Owner - Marketing/Human Resources
Stephanie is in her fifth year in the fire sprinkler industry but brings her extensive business experience to the organization. She positions the company within the community and utilizes her business background to assist as a consultant on business and financial decisions while also serving as the human resources liaison.
Randy Griffin
Owner - RME-I
Randy uses his expertise to coordinate all materials and purchasing for the company. He has extensive knowledge in the installation and inspections of fire pumps, wet systems, antifreeze systems, dry systems, and standpipe systems.
Shana (Arnett) Griffin
Owner - Accounts Payable / Receivable
Shana has been in the fire sprinkler industry for accumulatively 16 years. Shana’s current job responsibilities include organizing, processing and managing accounts receivable for a multi-million-dollar company. She reviews, manages, and inputs accounts payable for job materials while having extensive design knowledge. Shana utilizes her professional business background to assist as a consultant on financial decisions and assists customers with issues/concerns to achieve better customer satisfaction.
