Stephanie (Gregory) Arnett

Stephanie is in her fifth year in the fire sprinkler industry but brings her extensive business experience to the organization. Her resume includes not only a Bachelors’s in Business Management from Baylor University but also over 15 years’ experience as a bank manager. Stephanie’s job responsibilities have included, development of team building activities for 14+ banking centers while assisting and coaching them in reaching their business goals. She created involvement in the managers to recognize and deepen their associates involvement within the company, and coordinated staffing meetings which included over 80+ employees. All duties were done while still overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations within her banking center. Those direct duties were hiring new associates and then training and developing goals for all associates while achieving customer delight. Stephanie positions the company within the community and utilizes her business background to assist as a consultant on business and financial decisions while also serving as the human resources liaison.
Stephanie’s recent affiliations include, but are not limited to: Waco Chamber of Commerce Member (20+ years), Leadership Waco Graduate and active leader (10+ years), Baylor University Athletic Financial Representative (3+ years), March of Dimes Board Member (10+ years), Providence Forum Member (8+ years), NeighborWorks Waco Financial Representative (5+ years), United Way Waco Officer (5+ years), Midway ISD PTA Financial Auditor Member (7+ years), and Midway High School PTA President (2 years).
